▎Eligibility for Returns

 

• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

 

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

 

▎How to Initiate a Return

 

1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

 

3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

 

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 

▎Refund Process

 

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

 

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

▎Damaged or Incorrect Items
